The Baptist Men's Ministry at FBC Saks is a very active group. Below you will find several of the features of our Men's Ministry.

Monthly Baptist Men's Breakfast on 2nd Saturday of each month at 8:30 AM in the CLC. 

Biscuits or a Full Breakfast is provided. Donations may be given to offset the breakfast cost. Each Men's Breakfast usually has a specific focus such as a guest speaker, Bible Study, or Ministry Project! See the Monthly Newsletter

The Baptist Men's Ministry sponsors a Workday each Spring to improve the facilities and grounds at FBC Saks

​

The Baptist Men's Ministry promotes an annual trip to the "GridIron Conference" in Huntsville or Birmingham. The GridIron Conference is normally on Friday/Saturday of Father's Day weekend in June. Past Speakers include David Jeremiah, Tony Evans, Steve Farrar, Phil Waldrep, Herschel Walker, and many more.

The Baptist Men's Ministry promotes a December outreach to the church family each Christmas. For the past two years, bags of fruit and encouragement cards have been delivered to every member home of FBC Saks. Just a way to say "we love you and we are thinking about you."

The Baptist Men's Ministry operates the Disaster Relief Shower Trailer of the Calhoun Baptist Association. The Shower Trailer is often used for Tornado Relief, DNow weekend, Word Changers Week, Carpenters for Christ, and other needs. Our Men's Ministry transports the shower trailer, sets it up, and staffs it, if requested. Use of the Shower Trailer is booked through the Calhoun Baptist Association.
